  • 1 cup Milkmaid
  • 2 g Ghee
  • 1 cup Milk
  • As Required Dry fruits
  • 1 g food colour - green (
  • 1 cup Milk powder
  • 1 tsp Cardamon powder
  • 4 tbsp Dessicated coconut
  • As Required (Third layer )
  • 1 g • ing
  • As Required ( for milk cake - third layer )

  • 3 cups 3 cups
  • 4 cup 3/4 cup
  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp g
  • 1 g Ghee for greasing

  • STEP 1.Recipe:-
  • STEP 2.🌹Healthy Strawberry chocolate yolk 🌹
  • STEP 3.( 1st Layer)
  • STEP 4.( for chocolate yolk )
  • STEP 5.•ingredients:-
  • STEP 6.. melted strawberry chocolate
  • STEP 7.Method:-
  • STEP 8.1. Take melted strawberry chocolate , put in the mould , let it settle for 10minutes.Repeat the process.
  • STEP 9.Method:-
  • STEP 10.1. Firstly rinse , peel and grate lauki .
  • STEP 11.2.strain out water from lauki by squeezing it by hands.
  • STEP 12.3. Put ghee in a pan . heat it and put grated lauki and roast it for 3-4 mins.
  • STEP 13.4. Put the lid and let it cook for 3-4 mins.
  • STEP 14.5. Add milk to it . mix well
  • STEP 15.6.mix well put lid and let it cool at low flame for 4-5 mins.
  • STEP 16.7. When milk is totally mixed with lauki , add milk powder add Milkmaid, dessicated coconut , cardamom , mix all at low flame .
  • STEP 17.8. Add food colour and dry fruits .
  • STEP 18.9. put 1 tsp ghee and cook for 2 mins.
  • STEP 19.Method:-
  • STEP 20.1.Combine the mava and milkmaid in a broad non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring continuously.
  • STEP 21.2. Add 1 tbsp of ghee, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 more minutes or till the mixture turns light brown in colour, stir continuously
  • STEP 22.3. Continuously stir for 3 to 4 mins.
  • STEP 23.5.Transfer the mixture into a greased steel or bowl . Cover with a lid immediately and keep aside at room temperature for 8 hours or till it sets.

  • STEP 25.1. Take the chocolate yolk , fix second layer of lauki lauge and let it settle for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
  • STEP 26.2. Then fix the milk cake layer , let it settle for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
