  • 0-0.67 nos slices bread
  • 0.17 cup Boiled and mashed Raw Banana
  • 0.17 cup raw jackfruit
  • 0.08 cup crumbled paneer
  • 0.08 cup Nelon sev /bhujia
  • 0.67 tbsp peanut nut crushed (optional )
  • 0.08 cup Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves or curry patta
  • 0.33 nos -small fine chopped onion
  • 0.33 nos tsp-Finely chopped green chili -
  • 0.33 nos tbsp-Ginger garlic paste -
  • 0.08 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.33 packet *of MEGGIE masala e magic
  • 0.33 tsp Chaat masala
  • 0.17 nos tbs -Cumin seeds
  • 0.17 nos tbs-Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 tsp red chili powder
  • 0.17 nos tbs lemon juice
  • As required salt - as per taste
  • As required For smoking......
  • 0.33 nos coal
  • 0.33 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.17 tsp cardamom powder
  • As required Butter As per need
  • 0.17 cup Tomato ketchup -

Directions: Dish_cardamom_infused__rawbanana_jackfruit_breadroll Recipe

  • STEP 1.First rinsed rawJackfruit pices and dry completely.
  • STEP 2.Now chop it in small chunks.(removed & avoid its seed skin because its hard)
  • STEP 3.Droup all chunks and raw whole bananas in pressure cooker.
  • STEP 4.Add little water for boiling.
  • STEP 5.Turn on gas flame then cook until 1-2wristle.
  • STEP 6.Turn off gas flame..and let it cool.
  • STEP 7.Now Drain exess water with the help of sieve.
  • STEP 8.Peel bananas and mesh.
  • STEP 9.Same with jackfruit.
  • STEP 10.Now Heat butter in a pan on low flame.
  • STEP 11.Add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste,chopped onions and green chili.Stir and saute'
  • STEP 12.Add mashed raw banana,Jackfruit and paneer peanuts.
  • STEP 13.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder,Meggie masala_e_magic powder,,chaat masala, chopped corriander leaves, salt .
  • STEP 14.Mix well and off the gas flame
  • STEP 15.Now add lemon juice, and mix well and .Keep it a side.
  • STEP 16.Now Use tongs to light the coal on the gas and place it in a bowl in the middle of the mixture.
  • STEP 17.Add cardamom and 1 tsp ghee into this small bowl on top of the coal.
  • STEP 18.Quickly cover the whole bowl with a larger bowl turned upside to catch the smoke.
  • STEP 19.Leave for 8_10minutes.
  • STEP 20.Remove the bowl with the coal and mix well so that smoked cardamom flavor incorporate.
  • STEP 21.Now take a bread.flat it with rolling pin.
  • STEP 22..Apply tomato ketchup on it.
  • STEP 23.Put Banana Juckfruit mixture on it
  • STEP 24.Then roll carefully.
  • STEP 25.Apply butter on the upper side.
  • STEP 26.Place on heated tawa.
  • STEP 27.Cook till crispy and golden.
  • STEP 28.Now Dip its corner into tomato ketchup and coat with nelon sev and coriander leaves.
  • STEP 29.Our bread Roll is ready to be served...
