STEP 1.First take a spoon n scoop out egg yolks n keep aside...
Now heat 1 tsp oil n fry the prawns on low flame for 2 mins...
Now add chopped onion n chopped ginger garlic n chopped dry fruits, cook for few seconds...
Then add egg yolks , salt , half tsp turmeric powder n half tsp garam masala powder , mix it well n cook for another 2 mins...keep aside...
Now stuff the eggs with this mixture...
Heat 1 tsp oil n fry the eggs for 1 min... keep aside...
In the same pan heat oil , add dry chilly, onion paste n cook for few seconds...
Now add ginger garlic paste n tomato paste, again cook for few mins on low flame...
Now add all the dry ingredients n cook until oil separates from pan...
Now add water, ghee , sugar n eggs n cook for 2 mins on low flame ...
