Ingredients for Dimer Dolma Recipe

  • 1 g Boiled eggs
  • 16.67 gms chopped prawn
  • 0.33 Pieces small size chopped onion
  • 0.33 tsp Chopped ginger garlic
  • 0.33 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 0.33 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 tsp Cumin powder
  • 0.33 tsp Ghee
  • 0.67 tsp Onion paste
  • 0.33 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.33 tsp Tomato paste
  • 0.33 tsp chopped Cashew n Raisins
  • 1.67 tsp Mustard oil
  • 0.17 tsp chilly powder
  • 0.17 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.17 cup water
  • 0.33 Pieces piece dry chilly
  • 0.33 tsp Salt
  • 0.17 tsp Sugar

Directions: Dimer Dolma Recipe

  • STEP 1.First take a spoon n scoop out egg yolks n keep aside... Now heat 1 tsp oil n fry the prawns on low flame for 2 mins... Now add chopped onion n chopped ginger garlic n chopped dry fruits, cook for few seconds... Then add egg yolks , salt , half tsp turmeric powder n half tsp garam masala powder , mix it well n cook for another 2 mins...keep aside... Now stuff the eggs with this mixture... Heat 1 tsp oil n fry the eggs for 1 min... keep aside... In the same pan heat oil , add dry chilly, onion paste n cook for few seconds... Now add ginger garlic paste n tomato paste, again cook for few mins on low flame... Now add all the dry ingredients n cook until oil separates from pan... Now add water, ghee , sugar n eggs n cook for 2 mins on low flame ... Thank you 😊
