Ingredients for Dimer Devil Recipe

  • 2 Tsp Eggs boiled
  • 1.33 g large boiled potatoes
  • 0.33 g Large onion chopped
  • 0.67 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.67 g Add green chillies
  • 0.17 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.17 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.67 tsp Bhaja masala
  • 0.33 tsp Garam masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.67 tbsp tbsp oil for cookin
  • 0.33 g Egg
  • 0.08 Tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.33 cup Bread crumb
  • 0.33 Litre Oil to deep fry dimer devil

Directions: Dimer Devil Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the eggs in electric boiler
  • STEP 2.Wash the potatoes and pressure cook till it boils
  • STEP 3.When it cools peel off and mash to make a smooth paste
  • STEP 4.Put a pan on flame -Add oil
  • STEP 5.Add chopped onion and cook for 5 minutes
  • STEP 6.Add salt turmeric powder red chilli powder green chilli corriander leaves garam masala and mashed potatoes along with bhaja masala
  • STEP 7.Give a nice mix
  • STEP 8.Oil the palm take a small portion of the mixture
  • STEP 9.Put the boiled egg - wrap the egg completely
  • STEP 10.Crack and egg and beat it - into it add black pepper and salt
  • STEP 11.Dip the shaped devil into the egg mixture and roll it in the bread crumbs
  • STEP 12.Now deep fry them
  • STEP 13.Dimer devil is ready to be served
