One of the best dishes in Chinese cuisine is dim sum. Dim sum recipes may appear to be difficult at first glance. This isn't always the case, though. Dim sum is a Chinese technique for making small amounts of dumplings. The dumplings are served with a dipping sauce and are often eaten with chopsticks. It is a method of serving a delectable meal made up of a variety of miniature savoury and sweet dishes. Overextended brunches, these feasts are usually shared by groups of family and friends, accompanied by steaming mugs of tea. Steamed, boiled, and fried dumplings, bite-sized meats, steamed buns, spring rolls, rice and noodle dishes, and creamy desserts are among the most popular dim sum foods. You can make many sorts of dim sum out of almost anything. Vegetables, carbs, and proteins can all be used to make a dim sum. You can even make dim sums from nuts.

Ingredients for Dim Sums Recipe

  • 1 No.s whole lettuce
  • 225 gram pork
  • 3 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 0.13 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 25 gram dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • As required Chestnuts
  • As required bamboo shoots
  • 1 No.s Tomato
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 150 gram crab meat
  • 3 tablespoon rice wine
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • As required Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoon green onions
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • As required Hoisin Sauce

Directions: Dim Sums Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Marinate the meat with soy sauce and white pepper and mix well. Keep aside.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Pre mix sauce light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil.

step 3

  • STEP 2.Stir fry minced garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add marinate meat and stir fry for 5 minutes.

step 4

  • STEP 3.Then add meat and fry for 5 minutes.

step 5

  • STEP 4.Add mixed vegetables (can be optional and of your choice)

step 6

  • STEP 1.After 2 minutes add our pre mix sauce and cook for a minute and serve this stuffing in a lettuce leaf. Garnish with onions.
