  • 4 Pieces Sliced bread
  • 1.33 Pieces Egg
  • 0.67 Pieces Onion
  • 0.67 Tbsp Ginger
  • 1.33 Pieces chilli
  • 1.33 Tbsp Refined oil
  • 0.67 Pieces Tomato
  • 0.33 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander leaf
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato sauce

Directions: Dim Paurutir Jhurobhaja Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat a kadai , add refined oil. Add sliced onion. Fry it for few seconds. Add sliced tomato , sliced chilli , salt . Fry it another few seconds. Then add sliced bread ( cut into small pieces ) , beaten egg. Fry it for 2 mins. Then cover the kadai with a lid . 3 mins later open the lid and fry another 3 mins. Then add sliced ginger , fry it for 5 mins. Then add coriander leaf , tomato sauce. Serve it hot.
