  • 0.33 cup green chana
  • handful Dill leaves
  • 0.33 cup gram flour or as needed
  • 0.33 Pieces onion sliced chopped
  • 0.67 g reen chillies
  • handful Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 0.33 tsp Fennal seeds
  • 0.33 tsp Coriander seeds
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.17 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.08 tsp Garam masala
  • A Pinch Pinch baking soda
  • As Required Oil for frying

Directions: Dil Leaves Green Chana Fritters Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add all ingredients and mix them well.add required water to make batter.add baking soda and little bit of hot oil into the batter.so they becomes more crispy.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a wok, drop batter using hands and fry until nice golden.
  • STEP 3.Crispy green chana fritters is ready to serve.serve hot with green chutney or with sauce.
