Ingredients for Diet Litti 🌰🌰 Recipe

  • 1 Cups Atta
  • 1/2 Cup Chana sattu
  • 1 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Garlic
  • 5 g Ginger
  • A Bunch Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 Pieces Chilly
  • A Few Drops Mustard oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon juice
  • To Taste Salt
  • As Required Watar
  • 1 Tsp Ghee
  • 1 Pinches ajwain
  • A Pinch Soda

Directions: Diet Litti 🌰🌰 Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take atta in big bowl add ghee ajwain and soda mix well and knead it as a tight dough and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Take a kadai keep on flame add mustard oil add chopped garlic then ginger n chilli add OnionπŸ§…and n fry till translucent. Now keep aside n let it come to cool. Now add sattu ajwain salt coriander leavesπŸ€ and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Take a small portion of dough and make a katori style from thumb, now add 2 spoon sattu masala and slowly cover n make round ball.
  • STEP 4.Now take appe pan greese with ghee and put all the ball we made and cover it for a min at low flame. Now put again drops of ghee and cook from all side. Once done take it out and serve with chokha and chutney.
