STEP 1.In a pressure cooker take 1 ½ water and gradually add wheat flour as the water boils.
STEP 2.Keep on mixing it and cook for 10 minutes.
STEP 3.After 10 minutes cover it and pressure cook at medium flame for 10 more minutes.
STEP 4.In a separate pan heat some oil and add methi seeds, chopped onions, soybean seeds, green chillies, potato, turmeric powder and salt. Stir everything.
STEP 5.Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes at medium flame.
STEP 6.Add tomato and mix it well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes at medium flame.
STEP 7.Now add crushed garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and rayo ka gundruk.
STEP 8.Add 2 cups of water and cook for a while.
STEP 9.Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds, dried chillies, chopped spinach and salt.
STEP 10.Let it cook for 2 minutes and it is ready.
