Ingredients for Dido Recipe

  • 3.50 cup Water
  • 2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon methi seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup soy bean seeds
  • 2 No.s sliced green chillies
  • 1 No.s small chopped potato
  • As required Turmeric powder
  • As required Salt
  • 1 No.s chopped tomato
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup washed rayo ko gundruk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
  • 2 No.s Dried Chillies
  • 1 cup chopped spinach

Directions: Dido Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pressure cooker take 1 ½ water and gradually add wheat flour as the water boils.
  • STEP 2.Keep on mixing it and cook for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 3.After 10 minutes cover it and pressure cook at medium flame for 10 more minutes.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pan heat some oil and add methi seeds, chopped onions, soybean seeds, green chillies, potato, turmeric powder and salt. Stir everything.
  • STEP 5.Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes at medium flame.
  • STEP 6.Add tomato and mix it well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes at medium flame.
  • STEP 7.Now add crushed garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and rayo ka gundruk.
  • STEP 8.Add 2 cups of water and cook for a while.
  • STEP 9.Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds, dried chillies, chopped spinach and salt.
  • STEP 10.Let it cook for 2 minutes and it is ready.
