Dhungar Paneer Tikka is a smoky and flavorful Indian appetizer made with marinated paneer (Indian cottage cheese) cubes. The paneer is marinated in a mixture of yogurt, spices, and aromatic herbs, and then cooked on a grill or stovetop. The unique smoky flavor is achieved by using the dhungar method, where the paneer is infused with the smoke of burning charcoal. This dish is perfect for parties or as a starter for a delicious Indian meal.
