  • 1/2 cup dhokla better
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • As required Rock Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice

  • 0.13 tsp Jeera
  • 1 tbsp Palak gravy
  • 1/2 tbsp White gravy
  • 1/2 tsp Kitchen king masala
  • 0.13 cup Crumble paneer
  • 0.13 cup boiled mix veggies
  • As required Pinch of sugar optional
  • As required Salt as per ur taste
  • As required tomato ketchup

Directions: Dhokla Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.Dhokla banane ki method
  • STEP 2.Subse pahele steamer mai pani add karke garam karne ke liye rakhde
  • STEP 3.Uske bad dhokla plate ko oil se grease kijiye , better mai oil , salt , lemon juice and eno Soda add karke mix kijiye
  • STEP 4.Then grease ki hui plate mai pour kijiye then steam kijiye
  • STEP 5.Dhokla ko completely cool hone dena hai , uske bad round shape mai cut kijiye
  • STEP 6.stuffing banane ki method First ek kadai mai oil add kijie Jeera ka tadka laga lijiye Uske bad palak gravy and white gravy add kijiye Few minute ke liye sauté kijiye Uske bad kitchen king masala paneer and mix veggies add karke acchse mix lijiye salt and sugar add Karle again mix kijiye
  • STEP 7.Assemble
  • STEP 8.Cut kiya hua ek round dhokla lijiye
  • STEP 9.Tomato ketchup up spread kijiye uske bad Stuffing spread kijiye dusre dhokla se cover kijiye
  • STEP 10.Hung curd se garnish kijiye
  • STEP 11.Ready to serve
