STEP 1.Take a bowl of half a cup of yellow split gram, add half cup chana dal, and half cup black lentils. Now wash them nicely. Now soak the pulses overnight.
STEP 2.The next morning, grind all the soaked pulses finely, add a pinch of turmeric powder, 3 spoon of curd and grind well.
STEP 3.Transfer the mixture into a bowl, now add a teaspoon of ginger chilli paste, salt to taste and mix nicely. At the end add a packet of eno powder. Add water as required.
STEP 4.Now transfer the mixture into a plate and grease it beforehand. Sprinkle some red chilli powder on.
STEP 5.Take a pot and boil some water in it, now place the plate on top of it and cover and let it steam for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 6.Keep checking the dhokla. Once it's ready cut it into pieces and serves.
