STEP 1.Cut the dhekia xaak into small pieces, preferably using your hands.
STEP 2.Soak black chana overnight.
STEP 3.Take a pan with fenugreek seeds and oil, add onions when they turn brown, cook until brown.
STEP 4.Add dhekia xaak, turmeric and salt. Mix well. Let it cook and add black chickpeas and cook nicely. Cook on a medium flame for 5-6 minutes. Keep stirring.
STEP 5.Cook on high flame for 5 minute. The dish is ready. Enjoy with some rice and dal.
