Ingredients for Dharwada Recipe

  • 5 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 cup Milk Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut powder

Directions: Dharwada Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 take 3 cups of sugar in a pan and add some water. Make the syrup. Now add lemon juice to it and mix the material till grainy.

step 2

  • STEP 2.1 take ghee in a pan. Add a bowl of milk powder to it. Stir the mix continuously in low flame. Transfer the material to a different pan, add ghee and stir continuously till the material turns to darker color. Now knead it properly.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Add preparation material about 8 tablespoons to this mixture and knead properly.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Now make the pedas of small size and coad it with coconut powder. Serve.
