  • 1/4 inch Cinnamon
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 3/4 tablespoon tamarind water
  • 1.50 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 green chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoon dhansaak masala or sambar masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander cumin masala
  • As required Salt and black pepper powder
