  • STEP 2.Marinate the chicken pieces in the coriander paste, yogurt, lemon juice, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for better flavor.
  • STEP 3.In a separate bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, cornflour, salt, and spices to make the batter.
  • STEP 4.Dip each marinated chicken piece into the batter, ensuring it is well coated.
