  • 1/4 cup Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 Green Chilies
  • 0.13 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ghee

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the potatoes until they are tender, then peel and prick them with a fork.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 3.In another pan, heat ghee and add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, and chopped onions. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add the fried potatoes and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.In a blender, blend together fresh coriander leaves, green chilies, and yogurt to make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 7.Add this paste to the pan and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
