  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat ghee in a large pot and add whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and bay leaves. Saute until fragrant.
