STEP 1.Take a cup of all flour in a bowl, add a pinch of cooking soda and 4 tablespoon of ghee and mix well. Add water and knead a dough.
STEP 2.Take small portions of the dough, and prepare small balls using your hands. Now poke the balls with the help of a fork. Keep aside.
STEP 3.Take a pan, add some oil, add the devda and cook on slow flame. Cook on both sides. Cook until it changes color. Transfer in a plate.
STEP 4.Take a boiler and add a cup of sugar, add around half a cup of water. Now cook the mixture. Make sugar syrup. Make thick syrup to make it tastier.
STEP 5.Now when syrup is ready dip the devdas into the syrup and keep aside for half an hour. After the given time the dish is ready.
