It is long lost Rajasthani milk and saffron dessert. It is prepared with corn flour, coconut milk, cream, milk, pomegranate juice and dry fruits.
STEP 1.Take a wok and add half cup cornflour, sugar powder and mix well. Now add milk, coconut milk and cream and mix properly again. Make a batter.
STEP 2.Take the pomegranate fruit and grind it in a mixer to obtain the juice.
STEP 3.Take the wok and put it on a flame. Now cook on medium flame. Make a boil and cook for 25 minutes. when the milk is boiling add the juice and orange food colour. Now mix continuously.
STEP 4.Cook till it get thick. It may take about 30 minutes. When the batted become thick then add the dry fruits and cook for 5 minutes more.
STEP 5.Now turn off the flame. And transfer the batter in a bowl. Make sure you grease the bowl beforehand and then add the batter. Now keep it in the refrigerator for 5 hours. Take it out after 5 hours and transfer it on a plate. Now cut the pieces as you desire.
STEP 6.Now wrap these cubes into coconut powder and keep placing it on a tray. The dessert is ready to be served.
