Ingredients for Delhi wale aloo ke parathe Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Wheat Flour / Atta -
  • 1/4 cup ▢Maida -
  • As required ▢salt to taste
  • As required ▢Water as needed
  • As required ▢For Filling:
  • 1/2 nos ▢Potatoes - large boiled peeled & mashed
  • 1/4 tsp ▢Chilli Powder -
  • 1/4 tsp ▢Chat Masala Powder -
  • 1/4 tsp ▢Jeera Powder -
  • As required ▢salt to taste
  • 1/4 nos ▢Green Chilli - chopped finely
  • As required ▢Ajwain / Carom Seeds / Omam - ½ tsp

Directions: Delhi Wale Aloo Ke Parathe Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, maida, salt  and mix well. Pour in water and make a soft dough. Apply oil over the dough and cover it with a damp cloth. Let it rest for 30 min.
  • STEP 2.Mix every ingredients given for the filling together. Set this aside.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough and the filling into equal portions. Make it into round ball.
  • STEP 4.Take the potato ball and fill in inside the dough ball and roll it into thick paratha.
  • STEP 5.Heat tawa and fry this paratha by applying oil or ghee on both sides till golden.
  • STEP 6.Serve it with curd
