Ingredients for Dates ladu Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup khajoor
  • 0.13 teaspoon Elaichi powder
  • 1/4 Cup Almonds roasted powder
  • as required Almonds

Directions: Dates Ladu Recipe

  • STEP 1.Roast around half cup of almonds for few mins on a pan ... cool it down and make a powder Put milk in a pan and boil it . Add Elaichi powder . Add chopped khajur . Keep stirring it continuously and cook for 5 mins Smash the khajur in the milk and add the almond powder ... now keep mixing it until the mixture leave the sides of the pan
  • STEP 2.Pour the mixture in the plate ... cool it down ... now with the help of wrist just smoothen the mixture ... so you have no cracks and badam , khajur gets nicely mixed Give it a peda shape and garnish it with almonds
