Ingredients for Date Walnut Cake Recipe

  • 6 Pieces Dates
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 0.13 Cup Oil
  • 0.13 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Wheat flour
  • 0.13 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Coco Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
  • A Pinch of Salt
  • 1/4 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 0.06 Cup Walnuts ( Chopped)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cranberries

Directions: Date Walnut Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.Roast the walnuts and chopped them.
  • STEP 2.Wash the Dates, Boil it with 1 Cup of water. When it become soft. Switch off the gas and keep aside then remove seeds. Make a paste.
  • STEP 3.Preheat oven to 180°C and cake tin grease with oil.
  • STEP 4.Sift Wheat Flour, Baking Powder, baking Soda, Coco Powder and Salt together and mix.
  • STEP 5.Add Date paste in a mixing bowl, add oil, milk, vanilla essence to it. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add flour to the wet ingredients slowly and fold gently to get a thick batter.
  • STEP 7.Now add chopped walnuts, Cranberries and 1 Tbsp wheat flour in a bowl and add them to the batter and mix gently. Now add Vinegar and mix everything together.
  • STEP 8.Pour into prepared pan.
  • STEP 9.Decorated with walnuts and cranberries.
  • STEP 10.Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the tooth pick comes out clean.
  • STEP 11.Let it cool completely then slice and enjoy.
  • STEP 12.Without sugar and egg, soft and delicious cake is ready
