These unique truffles made with dates & almonds, flavored with orange blossom water, and rolled in coconut flakes. Absolutely delicious!Almost all ingredients we’ll be using in these truffles are natural, so that we’ll keep them fresh and healthy. What goes in are; dates, cocoa powder, almonds (or any other nuts), honey and I used flaked coconut, cinnamonpowder and chocolate sprinkles for topping.

Ingredients for Date Almonds Truffles Recipe

  • 2 cup pitted dates
  • 2 cup blanched slivered almonds
  • As required Natural unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Directions: Date Almonds Truffles Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the water in an exceedingly pot, and steam the dates for twenty minutes.

step 2

  • STEP 2.On medium heat, roast the almonds in an exceedingly pan until they become golden brown.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Stir from time to time.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Pour almonds and dates into a blender and blend along till you get a thick paste.

step 5

  • STEP 5.When done, add honey, cinnamon, and orange blossom water and blend along with your hands.

step 6

  • STEP 6.Make balls from the paste of the walnuts and roll them within the chopped coconut.

step 7

  • STEP 7.Serve the truffles cold. Enjoy!
