Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • STEP 2.In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the seitan and shiitake mushrooms, and cook until browned and slightly crispy.
  • STEP 3.Add the garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to the skillet, and cook for another minute.
