- 1 Potato large
- 1/2 cup Unripe banana
- 1/4 cup th pumpkin
- 1/2 Carrot
- 3 Parwel
- 1/2 cup Beans
- 1/2 cup arbi
- 1/2 cup Eggplant
- 1/2 cup toor dal
- 2 tablespoon toor dal
- 1/4 cup moong dal
- 2 tablespoon Ghee
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 red chilies
- 1 pinch hing
- 1 tablespoon roasted cumin chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted fenugreek powder

How to Make Dalma Recipe
STEP 01
Cut every vegetables in diced shape and wash them
STEP 02
Wash and soak the lentils for 20mins
STEP 03
In a pressure cooker , add the soaked lentils and the vegetables
STEP 04
Cook till 2 whistles
STEP 05
Heat the cooking pan, add 2tbsp ghee
STEP 06
Add 1tsp cumin seeds, bay leave and 3 red chilies,let them pop
STEP 07
Add 1 pinch of hing
STEP 08
Add the cooked lentils and mix well
STEP 09
Add 1tbsp roasted cumin chili powder and ½ tsp roasted fenugreek powder and mix well
STEP 10
Serve as main course
