Ingredients for Daliya kheer Recipe

  • 1/4 cup brocken wheat
  • 1/4 cup Powdered jaggery
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup Thick coconut milk
  • A Few Few strands saffron
  • 1/4 tbsp Chopped dry fruits of your choice
  • 1/4 tbsp Ghee

Directions: Daliya Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.To begin with rinse &wash brocken wheat..Cook it adding enough water,add little water to jaggery melt and strain add it to the brocken wheat
  • STEP 2.Cook it for 5 more minutes,now add in extracted coconut thick milk.further add.cardamom powder..& saffron strands
  • STEP 3.To end with add in tampering of dry fruits in a tbsp of ghee....and your done...
