  • 3 tablespoon Toor Dal/ Split Pigeon peas
  • 3 tablespoon Moong Dal/ green split gram without skin
  • 1.50 cup spinach roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns
  • 1/4 stick cinnamon – inch
  • 1/2 Finely chopped onion – medium
  • 2-3 Finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 1.50 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 1 Green chilli – roughly chopped
  • 1 tomatoes – small Rougly chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Mango or tamarind pulp
  • As required Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee/ oil
  • As required For serving – Bread Croutons or toast and cream, dollop of fresh cram
