Ingredients for Dal palak Recipe

  • A Bunch palak
  • 3/4 tbsp moong dal
  • as required Salt as required
  • as required Masala as required
  • 1/4 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Curd
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh malai
  • 1/4 tsp Ghee

Directions: Dal Palak Recipe

  • STEP 1.Clean and wash palak leaves and put in cooker .
  • STEP 2.clean dal and put un same cooker. Whistled up to 2 pr 3. Cool it and blend it to make pury..
  • STEP 3.Now put ghee in pan add chopped onion and fry it then add tomatoes and fried. Add malai and curd and dry masalas. Then palak pury.
  • STEP 4.Cook it for 5 min.
  • STEP 5.If needed add little water.
