Ingredients for Dal Makhani Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Black lentils
  • 0.06 cup rajma
  • 1/4 inch Cinnamon stick
  • As Required Salt
  • A Pinch Hing
  • As Required red chilly powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp jeera
  • As Required inger garlic paste
  • A Few Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 cup Tomato puree
  • 0.13 cup Onion paste
  • 0.13 cup Fresh cream
  • 0.13 cup Milk
  • 1/4 To Taste Fresh coriander
  • As Required For Ganishing Few drops of lemon

Directions: Dal Makhani Recipe

  • STEP 1.Put daal , water, salt, tejpatta, cinnamon stick in pressure cooker and boil it upto 4-5 whistles.
  • STEP 2.After boiling put milk into it.
  • STEP 3.In other pan , take some oil or ghee.
  • STEP 4.Add hing , jeera , ginger garlic paste into the oil.
  • STEP 5.Add onion paste nd fry it for 2-3 minutes
  • STEP 6.Add tomatoes puree nd fry it till oil separates from it
  • STEP 7.Add all spices
  • STEP 8.Add cream to it
  • STEP 9.Now add it into the daal nd make 2-3 whistles
  • STEP 10.Garnish it with fresh coriander nd cream.
  • STEP 11.Put few drops of lemon into it before serving.
  • STEP 12.Serve it with chapati, naan , rice as you like.
