  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon 1 sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 Daikon
  • As required Katsuobushi
  • As required Nori ,thinly sliced

Directions: Daikon Salad Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl mix soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil, sugar and sesame seeds
  • STEP 2.Cut and peel the daikon , cut it thinly
  • STEP 3.Mix it well with dressing and garnish with katsuobushi and nori before serving
