  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Blanch the cauliflower florets in boiling water for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, and chopped onions. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  • STEP 4.Whisk the yogurt and add it to the pan. Mix well and cook for a few minutes until the gravy thickens.
  • STEP 5.Add the blanched cauliflower florets to the pan and mix gently. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until the cauliflower is cooked through.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
