STEP 1.Soak urad dal and moong dal for 3- 4 hours .
Grind into thick and fluffy paste with very little water .
STEP 2.Add salt , pinch of asafoetida and whisk well for aeration. Now add Eno to it and mix well .
STEP 3.Grease a round cake tin and pour batter into it .
STEP 4.Steam for 20- 25 minutes (like dhokla) .
STEP 5.Cool slightly and demould it carefully .
STEP 6.Place the Steamed vada cake on the plate.
STEP 7.Add salt to hung curd and apply generously to the cake.
STEP 8.Sprinkle red chilli powder , chat masala and roasted cumin powder to it.
STEP 9.Dizzle green chutney and tamarind chutney to it.
STEP 10.Garnish with pomegranate pearls, green coriander, sev and boondi.
