Ingredients for dahi puri chat Recipe

  • 4 Pieces Puri
  • 1 tsp 2-3 tsp
  • 1/4 cup Potato
  • 1/2 Pieces boiled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup Tomato
  • As Required Finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 1/2 Tsp chilled

Directions: Dahi Puri Chat Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add sugar and a pinch of salt in curd. Beat till fluffy.
  • STEP 2.Break the puris in the center and arrange it in a plate.
  • STEP 3.Fill the potato cubes at the center of puri.
  • STEP 4.On top of that, add chopped onion, tomato.
  • STEP 5.Pour tamarind chutney, green chutney over it. Adjust the quantity as per your taste.
  • STEP 6.Add whisked curd.Sprinkle red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala.
  • STEP 7.Add sev on top.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • STEP 9.Serve of Dahi Puri
