  • 125 gram Parwal, Washed And Peeled
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Onion, Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and peel the parwal, then cut them into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, and chopped onions. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the parwal pieces to the pan and cook until they are slightly tender.
  • STEP 4.In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  • STEP 5.Add the yogurt mixture to the pan and cook for a few minutes until the gravy thickens.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
