Ingredients for Dahi Lehsun Chutney Recipe

  • 1 teaspoon Corriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 No.s Cloves
  • 1 piece Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 2 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 2 No.s Green chillies
  • 0.33 cup Curd
  • 6 No.s Curry leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions: Dahi Lehsun Chutney Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take corriander, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom, fry the spices with a tablespoon of oil.
  • STEP 1.In another pan, take 3 tablespoon of ghee, garlic cloves, ginger and green chillies.
  • STEP 1.Take the mixer grinder and put both the prepared spices in the mixer and blend. 4. The prepared mixture must be mixed with curd and make a paste.
  • STEP 1.Take ghee in a pan and add salt and  5-6 curry leaves
  • STEP 1.Add the prepared mixture in the pan with low flame, stir for a while. Keep stirring at the interval of 2 minutes.
  • STEP 1.After 15 minutes the chutney will be ready, switch off the flame and then garnish with some lemon juice. Preserve for later. Enjoy.
