Ingredients for Dahi ke sholey Recipe

  • 0.13 cup hung curd
  • 1/4 cup Paneer
  • 3/4 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 3/4 tablespoon chopped capsicum (green pepper)
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mango powder
  • As required Salt
  • 3/4 tablespoon Coriander leaves
  • 1.50 nos slices bread slices

Directions: Dahi Ke Sholey Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl. Add paneer and hung curd. Now add chopped onion, capsicum, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur and coriander leaves. Mix well to prepare a mixture.
  • STEP 2.Now take bread slices and chop off the edges. Use a rolling pin and roll out the bread slices into a thing sheet.
  • STEP 3.Now add 1-2 tbsp of the stuffing in the middle of the bread slices and bring together all the edges. Apply a few drops of water and make a small ball. Press gently to seal the ball. Make more such stuffed balls.
  • STEP 4.Now heat oil in a kadhai and drop the stuffed balls in it. Deep fry them until golden brown. Once crispy, take them out on a plate and serve with chutney and ketchup and onion.
