Dahi Gosht Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Dahi Gosht is a rich and creamy meat curry made with tender pieces of mutton or lamb cooked in a yogurt-based sauce. It is a popular dish in Indian and Pakistani cuisine and is often served with rice or naan bread. The meat is marinated in a mixture of yogurt and spices, which helps to tenderize it and infuse it with flavor. The curry is then cooked slowly until the meat is tender and the sauce is thick and creamy.
