#healthy No cook. This is the most popular Indian dish that cannot be undermined when a word like zing is mentioned. It's the most loved one by many foodies across the Country. It's a form of Chaat from the State of Maharashtra. I had kept it simple with the below-mentioned ingredients. You can use anything else of your choice and like in this. These are homemade mini Puri shells that are popularly used in another most loved one-

Ingredients for Dahi Chaat puri Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Green Chutney (see recipe)
  • 1/4 cup Boiled chickpeas
  • 0.13 cup Fried peanuts
  • 0.13 cup Pomegranate arils
  • 0.13 cup Khara Boondi (see recipe)
  • 1/2 tbsp Khara Boondi (see recipe)
  • As Required 2-3 tbsp
  • 1/4 cup needed Puris
  • 1/4 cup Beaten curd
  • 0.06 cup Sev

Directions: Dahi Chaat Puri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Arrange all the Puris on a serving platter. Make a hole in each for the filling. These Golgappa Puris are absolutely homemade and therefore a big help during Ramadan for me. (see recipe)
  • STEP 2.Fill with boiled Potatoes, beaten Curd, and Chutneys. Sprinkle Sev along with Chat Masala. (see recipe)
  • STEP 3.Garnish with finely chopped Coriander Leaves. That's all. Serve immediately.
