Ingredients for Dahi bhindi sabzi Recipe

  • 100 gms Lady finger /bhindi
  • 40 gms dahi
  • 0.40 tsp Cumin powder
  • 0.40 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.40 tsp Red chilli powder
  • As Required as per taste Salt
  • as required Mustard cooking oil
  • 1 g Cloves garlic

Directions: Dahi Bhindi Sabzi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly cut all the bhindi's and give a slight cut in the middle so that all the masala enter properly.
  • STEP 2.Then, in a bowl take curd,red chilli powder,cumin powder,salt, and mix them properly.Now add bhindi into this curd mixture
  • STEP 3.Now in the pan add mustard oil after it get properly heated add garlic, cumin seed 2tsp and crackle it for while.Now in it add all the curd bhindi mixture. Cook it properly in medium for 20 mins till oil leaves from all sides..Dahi bhindi is ready to serve.
