  • 0.33 tablespoon Clarified Butter
  • 0.33 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 0.08 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.33 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.17 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 No.s Boiled Potatoes
  • 0.67 cup Yogurt
  • As required Salt
  • 0.33 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required A few Coriander Leaves

Directions: Dahi Aloo Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 in a heated pan add some ghee and cumin seeds.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 once the cumin seeds get roasted, quickly pour in some turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and give it a quick stir.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 now add potatoes to this and mix

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 add yogurt and keep stirring continuously.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 add salt and stir for some more time.turn off the flame and pour it in a bowl.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 sprinkle some garam masala and coriander leaves on top and serve hot
