  • 100 gram Mutton Or Lamb, Cut Into Pieces
  • 0.40 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 0.40 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/10 cup Yogurt
  • 1/5 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/5 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/5 tablespoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a large pot or pressure cooker and sauté onions until they are golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add mutton/lamb pieces and cook until they are browned.
  • STEP 4.Add yogurt, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Cover the pot or pressure cooker and cook the meat on low heat until it is tender.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or Indian bread.

Cooking Tips

  • For the best flavor, marinate the meat with the spices and yogurt for at least 1 hour before cooking.
  • If using a pressure cooker, cook the meat for about 20-25 minutes or until it is tender.
