Ingredients for Daal soup Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Masoor daal soaked
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion medium chhoped
  • 0.13 Tsp Tea spoon black pepper
  • 1/2 g clove Garlic chhoped
  • 0.13 Tsp Tea spoon red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon Butter
  • 2.75 g according taste Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Masoor daal soaked

Directions: Daal Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the moong dal and soak it for a while.
  • STEP 2.Turn on a gas stove and heat a pressure cooker on it.
  • STEP 3.In a pan, heat Ghee. Now add Cumin seeds, black pepper, cinnamon stick and bay leaf and fry them for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Now add chopped onion and tomatoes and roast them well.
  • STEP 5.Now add dal, salt, Turmeric powder, Maggi masala and water in the cooker.
  • STEP 6.Close the pressure cooker lid and give a pressure of 1 whistle. Now slow the gas after 2-3 minutes and then turn off the gas.
  • STEP 7.Remove the whistle, open the
  • STEP 8.Remove the whistle, open the lid and cool down the mixture.
  • STEP 9.After cool down properly mashed with mixture.
  • STEP 10.Now take another pan pour some Ghee and roast aata.
  • STEP 11.After roasting pour the mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • STEP 12.Now soup is ready.
  • STEP 13.Now serve in a bowl gannising with butter, coriander leaves, black pepper powder, little bit of Maggi masala powder. 1/4
