  • 6 No.s lobster, remove outer shell
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoon curry powder
  • NaN As required salt and pepper
  • As required Curry sauce
  • 1/2 No.s green bell pepper, julienned
  • 1/2 No.s yellow bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 No.s small onion, chopped
  • 3 No.s cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • 2 stalks scallions
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper no seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Water

Directions: Curry Lobster Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. cut lobster into bite size pieces.

step 2

  • STEP 1.season it with spices and marinate for an hour.

step 3

  • STEP 1.heat some oil in a pan and add curry powder, garlic, hot pepper, scallion, onions, bell pepper, capsicum and mix everything together.

step 4

  • STEP 1.add coconut milk, black pepper, salt and mix everything together.

step 5

  • STEP 1. add lobster, thyme, corn flour mix and cook until the lobster turns pink.

step 6

  • STEP 1. cover and cook for 2-4 minutes.
