#potato Popular savoury snacks French Fries is flavoured with curry leaves and spices and served with Thousands Island Dip. The curry leaves add colour to the plate of regular French Fries and more crisp.

Ingredients for Curry Leaves French Fries (Airfryer) Recipe

  • 1.50 pieces Medium size potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 stalks Fresh curry leaves
  • to taste Red chilli powder and black pepper powder to taste
  • as required Thousands Island Dip to serve with french fries

Directions: Curry Leaves French Fries (airfryer) Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel and chopped raw potatoes in thick long strips. Soaked in salty water for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Strain and pat dry potato strips on kitchen towel. Transfer in mixing bowl. Drizzle 11/2 tbsp oil on it Sprinkle corn flour & salt to taste. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Preheat Airfryer for 5 minutes at 180 temperature. Transfer cornflour coated potato strips in Airfryer basket. Airfry / Bake for 15 minutes till crispy golden. Transfer prepared french fries in mixing bowl.
  • STEP 4.In small fry pan add heat 1 tsp oil. Add curry leaves and shallow fry till crispy. Pour on prepared french fries. Gently mix it.
  • STEP 5.Arrange Curry Leaves French Fries in serving plate. Sprinkle red chilli powder and black pepper powder to taste as required.
  • STEP 6.Serve Relish Delicious Crispy Curry Leaves French Fries with Thousands Island Dip .
