STEP 1.Slice onion and tomato. Chop shallots and tomato. Grind and make a paste of sliced onion, tomato and curry leaves. Add tamarind in 200 ml water.
STEP 1.Add sesame oil in a pot and heat it. Then add mustard, urad dal, fenugreek, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Add chopped shallots, garlic, chopped tomato and cook for 5 minutes. Add grinded paste, tamarind, turmeric, curry chilli powder, red chilli powder, jaggery and salt. and cook for 10 minutes.
