  • 2 No.s Onion
  • 5 No.s Shallots
  • 2 No.s Tomato
  • 1 Curry leaves handful
  • 5 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1/4 tablespoon Urad dal
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fenugreek
  • 3/4 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 5 Garlic
  • 1 Tamarind
  • 1 tablespoon Rock salt
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoon Curry chilli powder
  • 3/4 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Jaggery powder

step 1

  • STEP 1.Slice onion and tomato. Chop shallots and tomato. Grind and make a paste of sliced onion, tomato and curry leaves. Add tamarind in 200 ml water.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Add sesame oil in a pot and heat it. Then add mustard, urad dal, fenugreek, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Add chopped shallots, garlic, chopped tomato and cook for 5 minutes. Add grinded paste, tamarind, turmeric, curry chilli powder, red chilli powder, jaggery and salt. and cook for 10 minutes.
