  • 150 gram Goat meat
  • 0.17 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.67 stalk Thyme
  • 0.17 tablespoon All purpose seasoning
  • 0.17 No.s Small sweet pepper
  • 0.17 No.s large potato
  • 0.33 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 1 No.s Pimento seed
  • 0.08 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.17 No.s Scotch bonnet pepper
  • 0.83 No.s Cloves of garlic
  • 0.17 teaspoon Cooking Oil
  • 0.83 cup Water
  • 0.17 No.s Small Onion

Directions: Curry Goat Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. wash your meat with vinegar and lemon juice.

step 2

  • STEP 1. take your goat meat in a bowl and add some salt, dried thyme, tomato seeds, all purpose powder, curry powder, black pepper.

step 3

  • STEP 1.take some water, green onion, onion, pepper, thyme and garlic.

step 4

  • STEP 1. blend these ingredients well and pour the prepared paste on top of the meat.

step 5

  • STEP 1. mix everything well so that it gets combined properly.

step 6

  • STEP 1.cover and keep aside for 2-3 hours to marinate.

step 7

  • STEP 1. heat some oil in a pan and cook garlic and pepper in it.

step 8

  • STEP 1. once cooked add meat to it and cover and cook for 10 minutes.

step 9

  • STEP 1.add some water to it and leave it on the stove for 1 hour.

step 10

  • STEP 1. add in some potatoes, salt and give it a stir.

step 11

  • STEP 1. let it cook for 10 minutes and your curry goat is ready to be served.
