Ingredients for Curry Clams Recipe

  • 1.50 pound Manila clams
  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 Nos small onion
  • 1.25 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Malaysian lingham
  • As required s hot sauce/chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 0.33 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon chopped scallions

  • STEP 1.Wash clams with cold water,scrub the shells and discard the water

  • STEP 2.Slice the onions

  • STEP 1.add oil in a pan & heat it

step 5

  • STEP 1.add onion and stir fry it

step 6

  • STEP 1.now add the calms and stir frying once they start to open,add curry powder, turmeric powder,hot sauce/chilli sauce and oyster sauce.

  • STEP 1.add water and stir well.

step 8

  • STEP 1.now cover the pan with the lid and cook it for a few minutes until cooked.

  • STEP 1.then add scallions and mix well

  • STEP 1.now turn off the flame and serve
