- 2 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 Nos small onion
- 1.25 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Malaysian lingham
- As required s hot sauce/chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 0.33 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon chopped scallions
