  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 Nos small onion
  • 1.25 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Malaysian lingham
  • As required s hot sauce/chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 0.33 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon chopped scallions

How to Make Curry Clams Recipe

Wash clams with cold water,scrub the shells and discard the water

Slice the onions

add oil in a pan & heat it

add onion and stir fry it
