  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with curry powder, turmeric, salt, and yogurt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a large pan and sauté onions until golden brown. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
