STEP 1.Take curd in a bowl. Add powdered sugar, salt, and ginger-green chili paste.
STEP 2.Beat the curd until it becomes nice and creamy.
STEP 3.Add boiled rice and finely chopped coriander. Mix well.
STEP 4.For tadka, heat up oil in a tadka pan. You also can use ghee for tadka.
STEP 5.Add mustard seeds and let them pop up.
STEP 6.Add cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves.
STEP 7.Mix well and add this tadka in rice.
STEP 8.Mix well and dahi bhat is already.
STEP 9.This rice remains good for 1-2 days.
